    Trailer Tires

I bought trailer tires recently and did a lot of research concerning the "trailer" rated tires available. Found nothing but bad reviews on many sites about foreign made trailer tires coming apart. Didn't seem to matter what brand they were or what country they came from. Users here in the states were using them on everything from camper trailers to high dollar motor homes. Most of the time, when the tire came apart, the damage to the body panels were far more than they ever saved using the import tires. I found great reviews on the Goodyear G614 RST. Expensive to purchase but so is my trailer and race car that I want to keep on the road and out of the ditch. My tires are 235/85R16 load range G rated for 3,760 pounds and 110 psi. I purchased them from Discount Tire. Non-stock item so they ordered them in for me.
