Replacing 500 watt flood lights on trailer

    What do you guys use instead of halogen lights on your trailer for the work area ?

    12 volt LEDs. I have 3. They come in a variety of watts....run very cool....nice white light.....and you have to have the generator running to have them on. They are small enough that I mounted them right to the side of the trailer (without the box). They don't stick out any more than my awning. I bought mine on e-bay. Truck supply vendors also have them.

    I was wondering this same thing. You see a lot of pro pits now have a blue haze from the lights now. I assumed they were LED but you can't really find anything on them. Led run with 1/2 the power too so I hole a few people chime in on this
