I have had my lencodrive apart cleaned and reassembled.
    Since the transbrake wasn't working.
Thought I fixed the problem but still no luck.

The solenoid is doing its thing.
    The clutches look good
Oil that came out was clean and good.

But the transbrake will not work.
Can't even engage in the pits.

What could it be I'm not totally familiar with the internals of these concert drives.

I thought it would be like my old cs1 never give me grief.

The thing is that it had been working for a whole season
Nothing was changed then the transbrake gave up working.

Does this sound like a sprag issue.

A piece of crud in the valve body can do it or a sticking shuttle.
I know if you instal the one shuttle backwards it can appear ok at a glance but it won't close by just a hair and you will not have a transbreak and the pinned buttons need to be in correct as well .
Make sure the two solenoid wires that attach to the bulkhead terminals internally are not contacting eachother.

Clutches may look alright for the brake, but the clearance is very critical, and only a few thousands wear and the brake won,t hold.

Valve body is all clean and resembled.

What is the go with the brass shim one of the holes
And the little brass O ring.

Is the shim suppose to be taped or flat.
This is the only thing that I'm not sure about.

Other than this I have no clues.
    Please help.
