aluminum block repair help needed

    I have a dart wet block aluminum that has a crack between one&three cylinders,its thin because it was bored 10th. and there is a head bolt thread hole that has two cracks on both sides of threads. im looking for someone that can repair with confidence. thanks for any help.

    Will you be running water in the block ?? if not i can fix it
