oil lines P&P and system1

Is the oil line routing the same on these two pumps? This picture of the system one seems a bit different compared to P&P pressure outlet. http://www.system1filters.com/images/oil_pumps/235-900777-1b2.jpg

 

as i understad it the pressure section is closest to block on a p&p pump but on a system1 it has to be the outer section with line going like the one in the picture.
