    I think youll find that most of the TAFC guys run a Crower...Newberry switched from an AFT a year or so ago. Some use all titanium some just a ti donut.

    it will be interesting to see how many people switch to the aft lock up clutch next year and if crower counters it with a similar style deal.

    it works on chesterman's deal, and supposedly newberry has it too...

    i keep hearing about the "aft lock up" bolting on to a crower, will it bolt on the aft also or do you need to buy 2 clutches?

    I was told yesterday that there was some new concern over the safety of this unit, after Chesterman's discentagrated at Pomona. I know that when the thing came apart, Cy & crew packed up and went home for the winter. I'm sure NHRA probably confiscated the clutch pieces.

    Just some possibly true information I thought I better share.

    I talked to Bob DeVour about a week ago, while there is some concern, he didn't state anything that would be a warning not to buy one.

    My source was a well respected Fule class clutch guy. Didn't day they were going to outlaw them tomorrow. Still not sure of my opinion on them.

    No, Will ole buddy, I have never had one of those units in my car. But it's reassuring to know that you're always out there keepin' the ka-ka from settling.

    Happy Holidays everyone,
    Marty

    That's what I get for typing too fast. I'll try again on that first paragraph;

    My source was a well respected Fuel class clutch guy. Didn't say they were going to outlaw them tomorrow. Still not sure of my opinion on them yet.
