Is anybody using a dial indicator to make sure the donut in your clutch is centered before putting the bellhousing on?

Also, are most high RPM engines, like Pro Mod, using a 10" clutch?

If everything is square (like mounts, motorplate, motor, bellhousing, trans mount), and your clutch isn't beat to hell, you shouldn't need to unless you're knocking rear mains out or snapping cranks for no other explainable reason. There is going to be a certain amount of float in the location to allow for heat expansion and maintaining function.

And what is your definition of high RPM? There are plenty of cars pushing 10,300+ with bigger clutches (10.5/10.7/Leanders 11) with little issue.

6.25", some 6.125"... Can't go smaller than 6" per rules right now in PS.

It's pretty cute looking compared to a TA clutch.. and light too.. Whole clutch, loaded probably weighs about the same as just the 3 discs in a TAFC clutch. lol.

Price you pay for small: NARROW tuning window..
