it should be the same except for pin height and rod length ,somewhere around 1.30 and 6.80 i think.

    4.150 crank
    4.4675 bore
Some grinding has to be done on the block, new blocks come with it done. Rod length and/or pin height will not alter CID at all.

I had a Chevy with a 3.800 crank and 4.675 Chevy motor that made a 525 ci. It made the same power as a hemi up to 8000 and then a hemi took over , but the Gea was junk . It flowed only 315 cfm at 900 lift. Could a hemi ever bore that big? It was prob one of the only Chevy motors competive in ihra promod when 6.10 was #1 qualifier. I feel that motor today would be competive today with a real head. Maybe I'm off topic ?

I tough that it's not allowed to change the bore center line,
or can you just bore out the standard/-500 Brad/K.B. and have a
thicker sleeve made? Or are the 4.467 sleeve thicker already.
And why is this ( 4.4675 bore so odd? to me anyway
    I have 4.500 sleeves, & pistons for K.B 10 block
    What's the difference in a 10 to a 15 block ?
    other than it's a billet?

    bore

You could possible go to4.500 on a brad billet with the step sleeve but best talk to Brad first cant help on the K.B. Question.

    step

Bottom of the block material stays thicker in main web where its needed and the upper part of the sleeve is thicker to keep bore round by being thicker in the upper half.
