I have a couple of lenco bottles and want to use one for the lenco. all works fine.
I want to use the other for the air throttle. both the bottle and the reg have o rings. I need 100psi for throttle and 150 for the lenco. I want seperate systems so the lenco dosen't down shift if there is a problem with the throttle.

Can I chane out the reg stem (inlet)?
anyone else solve this easily and cleanly???

    thanks,

problem i have is both the lenco bottle and the reg have orings. two orings don't seal.

lenco regs don't have oring but dedenbear does.

i need 80-100psi for throttle and 150psi for lenco.

I just had a brain wave (could be dangerous) can i just put a washer between the bottle and reg giing the two orings something to seal on?

    washer

sounds like the perfect solution, check each face is parallel, cost sounds awfully cheap also.

If you have a dual regulator, you could adjust one side to suit the required pressure as another option - but mark the new pressure value on the outer cap.

Personally the flat washer is way easier.

Probably right about the washer. Some of the regulator to bottle fittings use a plastic (general term) washer and not a o-ring. Bet the welding store has the washers.

    Washer VS O-Ring

My bottle has the o-rings grooves also but I use a teflon/nylon washer instead. Seals well. No leaks. I also use the dual pressure regulator, lower psi for my air cylinders and 150 for the Lenco pods.
