To all those who have visited NHRA.COM website looking for the Top Alcohol classes
Run schedule times for the US Nationals,..You wont find it there any longer on NHRA`s Web site,
But you will find Pro Mods run schedule there,..

If you want to see the Run Schedule you will have to go to NhraRacer.com, a whole nother website for Sportsman Bracket cars,. Here is the Link...
    http://www.nhra.net/2012/images/NHRARacer/detailed%20run%20schedule-II.pdf

What a freaking shame,....the 3rd and 4th quickest and fastest classes in all of NHRA and Top Alcohol just keeps getting the ol kick in the Teeth..!!!!!!!!

The Only way the Top Alcohol class will get what they deserve is if the Title Name is changed..!!!!!!!...

PRO ALCOHOL FUNNY CAR,.& .PRO ALCOHOL DRAGSTER

P Mod Door cars can change there name to Sportsman Mod,...!!!!!!!!!

You guys deserve better, but you have to ban TOGETHER ON THIS,....

Will,..Brad ,..what can you guys do to get these two classes to The Pro title name they deserve.....???????

How and why did it go from Pro Sportsman to just stepchild Sportsman Alcohol..????

    When is enough...ENOUGH,..!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy the grass, Dirt, and Mudd,..all while your slower compitition sits on asphalt.

Ummmm.. Pro Mod and Scooters were all on grass too, and on the the opposite side of the track.. Some Alky cars were half grass/half pavement. Only Pro Stock and Fuel cars were 100% Pavement pits.. And they had to pump out the Pro Stock pits..

Not just Alky got the shaft on Saturday.. So did about 650 other sportsman guys, as well as Pro Mod. Indy is always a PITA because there's so much shootout type stuff to run. Every class is there..

Indy was such a mess, there honestly was no good call. Saturday they were lucky to get the racing they did in, especially that second Fuel session and the whole of the Dragster Traxxas Shootout. The first few pair of Pro Stockers in the last session were shaking and skating in 3rd and 4th gear with fogged up windshields. Done for the day. Sunday there was no hope.. Monday was another mess.

Could they make better decisions? Maybe.. But trying to keep things fair for 800 racers isn't easy.

    Just wondering......

Is anyone still wondering why Demke and Whitley (and even my personal hero, Kosky)were not entered for Indy ?

Being veterans of Indy, they are looking really smart right now!

    Alcohol Class downgraded again

    Vic,
You are correct, Sir, except for this: The TAD and TAFC racers are the quickest and fastest quarter mile racers in the NHRA!
I frequently point out that 1/4 mile measure as there remains strong disappointment that the NHRA runs the fuel cars on an abbreviated course.
Tha alcohol cars and the A/Fuelers are tops.
    Cheers,
