Does it matter where a pump sizer is put in a fuel system? A sizer is no more than a high speed assembly but with a lower crack pressure right? The reason I ask is I plan to run a high speed off the bottom leg of my K barrel valve. To simplify my plumbing could I install a fitting that can take 2 hi-speeds in the lower barrel valve leg? and use one as a high speed and one as a sizer?

I notice most people use an actual loop from the outlet to inlet of the pump and put the sizer there, is this really the best or will my method work also?

    Thanks

yes thats exactly what we have done with our engine. We used to run the loop on the pump itself but I have been advised that this is a better method as it ensures that the full amount of fuel is available to the BV prior to being bled off. Cheers
