Stolen truck, trailer, parts, tools

My truck, trailer , tad motors, clutches, parts, tools etc. were stolen in San Pablo Calif. We got the truck , trailer and chasis back but they were stripped. The guy got caught and his name is Troy Monteith 4884 SanPablo Dam Road, apt.C El Sobrante Ca. 94803., he went to court and was convicted, then released because theft and burglary are non violent crimes. He has to make restitution so he is out on the street being able to steal from someone else.

This guy said that the stuff was scrapped, so there must be some scrap dealers that are dishonest enough to take and scrap blocks, heads, etc. just for the cost of aluminum.

unfortunately the scrap dealers in my area all have yard workers that do not even speak english, you just pull on the scale, the guy behind the bars in the office writes down your weight, sends you to the back to see a foreigner and dump your load, you then come back, get reweigh and paid,then on your way, Pay guy does not even look in truck.

Makes you wonder how many want to look the other way for money

sad that hard working people always seam to get the shaft.

 

this is the first time and the last time you will hear me use foul language on this site but Im sorry.....this is a bunch of bull shit.....to let a guy run your fun hobby or living and the court system wont do a damn thing for you, I'm sorry to say if this was me one person would be behind bars and the other would be 6 foot under,,dave lowe
