f/c chassis preload

i have a older s/w funnycar chassis and it dosnt have adjustable spindles or a arms can anyone here tell if it would have had preload built into it when it was new..thanks

 

If it was built in it would have been in the king pin height. Just put a straight edge across the lower frame rails (side to side) under the spindles. Measure up to the spindle and see if there is any difference. The left would be lower if pre-load was built in. You will need the tires off to do this.
