Has anyone else had a discrepancy with the numbers on box not matching springs?
Installed spring rates not matching the rates on lables.

Are your installed height psi readings higher than what the box says they'll be? Mine normally are and than 1-3 runs later they are really close. They seem to lose a little after a heat cycle or 2.

Manley is a very reputable company and I am sure will help you resolve this problem. ;)

    springs

we use the nt manley spring on lot of applications. they usually will check at a higher rate than what is stated on box. If that is the case run them they will drop off after a few runs and somewhat stabilize, following there drop in rate. Tripp Manley is a great guy to deal with.

I wouldnt have a problem if they were higher....25# short I know its minut and can shim but if box says 350 @ 2.100 ...I think they should be atleast 350 @ 2.100 not 325

    spring tester flex

We had a similar problem. It turned out the 'table' of the valve spring tester flexed at higher spring rates, so that the scale with the compressed height wasn't correct any more. If in doubt put a test spring on or check for flex of the table with a dial.

Stupid question but are you checking the spring with the retainer also or just by itself? I use the same spring as you and I did the same thing. Set the Rimac for 2.100 and tested, came up low, forgot to put the retainer on the spring (.100" out) After that I set the depth to 2.200" and the retainer gives you the additional .100" to get the installed correct, plus the retainer grabs ALL the springs.

I'm sure this isn't your first time doing this but I figured it was worth asking.
