Any tips on locking up fresh clutch pack - Crower 10.7 3 disc

Every time I put new pack in clutch slips and 60ft times are slower.

    Any advice appreciated

If putting a whole new pack in is messing with your tune, try just replacing 1-disc at a time instead of everything.

What are you running the old discs down to? If you're running the entire pack pretty thin and just replacing them all.. There is a pretty big difference in the way a disc at .365" thick will run vs. one at .260". Are you pulling and cutting the discs every lap?

Thanks for the advice. I have been changing the whole pack after 3 runs.

    All discs are around 300-320
