I am looking for an undersize (less bearing clearance) V-series main bearing for a standard Hemi. Does anybody have a part number or do they even make what I am looking for? Thanks.

    Bearings

You may need to go to a King Mains. I know there new bearings can be bought coated. I dont know if you want to go in that direction. Don

Clevite does not make them for a hemi. The X bearings are available for chevy stuff but not hemi.

I have a full set of Sealed Power Rod Bearings .010 that were .0015 too tight on a project we did. Put them in and torqued up the rods and stopped there. Took them out put in another set of bearings from Clevite and the clearances were just right.
Part # 8-2320CP-10 These do not have dowel pin holes.
You can have them for $25.00 plus postage.
Call me at 760-228-1338 if you want them.
