need cnc or mill work done

just got word from spud miller that my B&U hat butterfly holes are out of round..need to find someone that can take and cnc//mill butterflie holes out oversize till they are perfectly round and then build a set of oversize butterflies to fit holes correct..
anyone on here that would have the time and the abilty to take on this job for me..?

What size are your butterflies now? You can buy butterflies from Enderle to save some cash. Why are they out of round? Your probably better off buying a new hat by the time you pay a machine shop to machine the hat and build new b-flies in my opinion. I think they are around $1000 minus a B-valve

 

BUTTERFLIES ARE 5 9/16" Thats biggest you can buy..a machinest in ca. made the front part and screwed them up.i want to keep the body part of hat because i had it hydrogaphic coated already

Don Gerardot (Gerardot Performance Products) in Monroeville, Indiana can probably do that. He makes injector hats. He repaired one for me last year, same kind of deal. 260-623-3048. JW

 

thanks everyone for help on this..just got off phone with Don at Gerardot Performance Products..he said no big deal and easy fix..he already has oversize butterflies in stock because this is a common thing on used injector hats..almost a daily thing there to do..and a resonable price also.
