Valve stem to guide clearance

    What's the general idea about maximum valve stem to guide clearance?
    I found some numbers (0.0012" in / 0.0017" ex), but it doesn't say for which application.
    Are these numbers valid for Brad fatheads, Ti in & ex. on a blown alcohol combination.

    I cant tell you the exact number. I think like .0015-.002 but when you put the valve in with the head upside down it should fall down to the seat with no resistence.
