    It is with a heavy heart I am sad to report the passing of former TAD driver Steve Cantrell passed away today. Since getting out of the seat he has raced with his brothers Joe and Kevin.

    My prayers are with the Cantrell family.

    RIP and Godspeed my friend.

    Steve will be missed. He was a great racer and a good friend, a trusted resource and a talent as well. Sad news indeed! Prayers will go out for his family & friends.

    Sorry to hear about steve what a great guy he was a very good person and respected what he said. he will be missed in the sport

    Steve Cantrell

    I have spent many years racing and competing with the Cantrell brothers, Joe, Steve and Kevin and will really miss Steve at the races, it won't be the same without him.

    Rest in Peace, my Friend
    Joe, Kevin, Sister and Mom, Steve IS (not was) a great Friend.
    Thank you for your kindness and concern after I suffered a stroke in 2009,
    you constantly hounded me to take breaks, and pour down the water.
    I am sure Jackie will miss those (soft?) leaves that you always promised your Drivers.

    Steve IS a great friend to all of us in Div1. He was a really great driver, incredible wrench, and all around fun guy to be with...he will be missed very much. From all of us in Shenandoah Racing, We will miss you Steve.
