Enderle 600 pump to 110, gears only?

since I have a new 600 (9.2 gpm) pump and need more fuel for injection, can I just replace the gears since it is a 110 pump body and make it a 13 gpm pump?

    Thanks

No, as far as I know the housing needs to be machined deeper to accept the wider "gears". Does this engine have a blower? If its NA the 600 is probably a good choice. Tell us about your engine.

    pump size

it is a 568 with a std rotar 12-71 used for bracket racing. 20 lbs boost max. usually around 13 lbs. don't think the 9.2 gpm will be enough for this though.

No, I wouldn't try running it without having your system on a flowbench or I'd sell the new 600 or return it to whoever you bought it from in trade for the 110.

a 110 is to big for the combo you described, you will have to return a shit load of fuel. better off with a 990

    fuel pump

the last 110 i had on a similar combo i had to run in the 160's to return fuel and could not use a high speed because the fuel pressure was way down and the poppet would cavitate. i could only maintain about 70-80 psi at best with the other combo.

There is a way to make the PSI go up with the same pump but keep the volume the same. I've done it several times, but I use my fuel flow bench to do so. Before I had it, I did it on the track but it took waaayyy toooo looonnggg (wasted too many runs)

There is alot more info missing than just your engine to decide on the size of the pump. How fast are you looking at going? The weight of your car? Compression,Cam,gear, tire, Etc.... Jim R at Enderly told me that the 110 pump was actualy to big for a blown alky car running in the 7s and should use the 660 pump. I remember Bob Newburry (spelling) ran a 110 fuel pump in TA/FC years ago and did well with it. I'm sure it was overdriven a bit but from reading the little bit I have about your bracket race car not knowing things that I have asked. I'd say it is a good deal unless your going to try and run in the 6s.
Craig is correct a 110@4000rpm is 13.9gpm on the flow sheets, 990@4000rpm is 15.9gpm, 1100@4000 is 17.9???? , 1200@4000???? 19gpm???? The last two I don't have flow cards on because I have never ran these pumps but If memory serves me its about that.
