Block mount starter for KB block

I'm getting ready to purchase a KB hemi billet blocked engine.
From the pictures it doesn't look like there is a cut out in the block for the starter.

Can you, and if so, how do you mount the starter on one of these blocks?
The engine must be self starting (TD/TS).

Hi Frank, I mounted mine on the Pass side, It is bolted to the Mid plate. I use a Mizerie Pro Mod starter, with a 168 tooth ring gear. I think G-Fore or Tim Mccanis has stuff you maybe can use. Don

I mounted mine to the drivers side to the mid plate also. Mine was a csr 24 vlt smart start deal. It worked great. Romans 10:13
