Saddling Hemi Alloy blocks

    If you spin a main you can fit a saddle and a new cap, thats fine.

    What about if the rear seal area is damaged.
    The crank is already 3" main so I cant go up a size.
    Can the seal area right at the back of the rear main be repaired/saddled. Of course you can fit a new cap but what about the block side ???

    i just had one like this
    i spoke to the repair shop today they will weld and re machine the seal area

    easy fix weld it up and remachine it..done several this year..Dave
