Just and FYI .Looks like we who still use the Mallory Supermags are now using FIE Supermags. Got the email today regarding the purchase. I will be interested to see if he brings back any of the electronic mags that Mallory gave up on. His email stated that they plan to bring back some old products but didn't say what.

I'm glad, some people think I'm crazy but I really like the Supermags.

    super mag

He is GREAT. Does not matter if it is a MSD or Mallery. It is great when someone answers the phone and thanks you for your business. All I can say is try him and you will NEVER go back to others. Don Onimus

Pretty sure you will see the big red coils [28901?] come back. The N/FC guys still run these and Spud was testing running a pair on Steve Nichols car. Could be wrong but I think most of his efforts will be in the monster Mag V +++++ area.

    Big coils back in production

I've heard from someone "in the know" that BRAND NEW Big Red 28901 and Big Black 28920 coils will be coming out soon from FIE. Apparently the black 28920 coil was designed for nitro applications and puts out more than the red 28901 coil, but so few were ever built, most everyone uses the red one. Things may be changing with new 28920's being produced.

Spud says on another site that the semiconductor parts to repair the electronic mags are no longer available...But...Don't throw them away...Give him a year.
