I looking at wanting to refill my own Co2 Bottles, Can any one give us some advice on the produce to refill co2 bottles and any suggests on what I would need to be able to do this eg. Refill small bottles from a Larger bottle, what fittings are needed each end for the bottles and does it need a shut off type valve in the line between the bottles. etc. All suggestions would be appreciate.

Go to a co2 place and get a soda fountain co2 bottle and have them put a siphon tube in it so it sends liquid out
Get a coupler fittings for between bottles and extra burst panels for the valve (you will over fill it at least once)
and use a scale to weight it
We always shoot out some gas until it becomes liquid then tighten the fittings and fill the bottle

I bought 2 valves the fittings and a gauge and made mine. weigh the bottle like a NOS bottle and watch the pressure and never replace a burst panels I keep a large bottle from the gas co its only like $18 plus the yearly lease for 50 lb and most bottles in the car are 2 1/2 LB or less I got the idea watching a guy fill paintball guns its easy
    have pic if needed
