    Header Gaskets

Not sure what type of heads or flanges you have but I have good results using Felpro #1418 which is a fiber over metal core gasket and fits my AJ Stage 2 fuel heads.. no leaks. Reusable and works for me.

High temp silicon works great normally.
Flanges getting wrapped? how thick are they? have you weld the pipes togheter properly ? if not the exahust pulses will make them "dance" and wrap the flanges.
This is after adding some extra bands on them.

Yes that was after the first reinforcment, dont have any clip on the first runs but we had to change flanges after 3 rounds since they were wrapped. after that video we also put in small plates between the outer ends so now they are solid as rock.

We made oure header tubes from thin walled stainless tubing and the flanges are thin for light weight.
