Hi there, I am new to the forum so I hope this hasn't been asked before. Does anyone know the weight of A BAE 8 manifold to pan?

    Thanks, Ryan

    Brad 8 weight?

This isn't a simple question. First of all- Brad 8 is a model of heads made by Brad Anderson. So now you have to consider the weight of the block- different blocks weigh different. Cast vs billet vs lightweight vs heavyweights. I have had crankshafts that were 4.500 stroke that varied by 20 pounds depending on who made them and the options chosen. So the question isn't as easy to answer as it may seem. Dave Germain

ok, was trying to keep it vague so that it may have been easier for someone answer (maybe thier combo is different) . I am just trying to compare to an AJ 481x man to pan with cast mag intake. Im really just looking for a ball park weight. Lets say BAE forged tall deck block, billet BAE8 heads,4.4675 bore,4.150 stroke

    Thanks, Ryan

I called Brad Anderson and they said they didn't have that information. I know what my 481 x weighs , just trying to compare.

    Thanks again,
    Ryan
