idle pulley bracket

i need to buy my own idle pulley bracket..i borrowered a friends pulley bracket that bolts to blower front cover..need to return his and buy myself one now..i can go to same bracket for $70.00 or do i need to go with the one that bolts to block?i do have close quaters at block due to my front mag drive..
can i be ok with the blower mount idle bracket or should i go off block bracket?running a 12-71 alcohol littlefield blower at 22% O.D. BE RUNNING ENG IN ALTERED

Like to buy only once without a lot of changes..but want a safe one and one that will work best for me..

I perfer the RCD one it takes the pressue off the blower it is already trying to lift the blower, so in my opinion it is much better and safer 200.00 is not bad from RCD or goodviberations
