The system they sell is from RPM Performance out of ok city. We run thier system on our blown alky car. For the money they are hard to beat, customer support is outstanding. Great product w/ a small company personality.

    Here's there website: www.rpmperf.com

it always depends on where you want to be later most all work fine and give you the data you need, but when your looking for help on your car and you get a buddy or nice pro racer ,call your engine guy or trans guy..... willing to help you
Racepak you have one or you need one ,, just seems my best help always came from guys that the first thing from there mouth was " you got a racepak?"
they just know there way around it

We have been totally happy with our RPM data logger. The only other data logger I have experience with was an Edelbrock Quick Data unit. It was a very disappointing experience and we found that it was useless when running a magneto. We haven't had any problems with the RPM unit and the customer service has been outstanding. There have been a couple times where we have added a feature and it has always ended up being on the weekend when we have been ready to set the unit up to recognize the new addition. Even on the weekend he has always answered the cell phone and walked me through the set-up process, one time it was ten o'clock at night (I knew he was at an ADRL race so I was guessing he was still awake).

We have had professional tuners with no RPM experience look over our data and maybe they were just being nice but they never mentioned having any problems with it. I'm sure the Racepak is great but if cost is a consideration I would recomend considering the RPM unit.

A few years ago, I too suffered through the QUICKDATA mag issue, I chased the system for a year and a half before I gave up. I purchased a Racepak V300 system and it has worked flawlessly. This year I bought a new car and it came with a Computech system, when I ordered the EGT probes they were the same ones as the QUICKDATA. I left them in the box and ordered a new Racepak. Does anybody have any experience with the Computech system, I would like to sell it off but don't want to sell it to someone with a mag if it dose not work.
