    Directly from DRC:

    Left Lane: Bill Reichert Runs 5.489/251.20, Now #4
    Right Lane: Richard Putz Runs 8.065/144.95, Now #9

    Reichert with a good clean pass to start the weekend. Bill Reichert's incremental times: 60ft-0.984 sec., 330ft-2.500, 660ft-3.635/219.51 mph, 1,000ft-4.611. Putz launched and started to shake, the car got out of the groove and collected the 330-foot cone. The car then cam back across his lane and hit the right wall, the car bounced of the wall and then barrel rolled at least two times and came to stop well past the finish line. The word from the top end is Putz is out of the car and alert, but he will be transported for observation

    Glad to hear that Richard is alert, Our Best to the Putz Team and Marilyn that he checks out okay.

    Richard Putz

    I talked to Rob Long and Richard is back at the track from the hospital all appears to be ok. Thank god that Richard is ok. According to Rob the car is not as in good shape as Richard at this point. I am certainly glad Richard is ok and we all know what a great people Richard and Shirley Putz are as well as the crew and Kent I am sure they will be back soon.

    glad to hear good news

    im glad to hear richard putz is okay. is there any word if he is racing yet would like to know if he will be at cordova in august

    Glad to see Richard ,Shirley,Rob and Crew back out racing again.Good job guys to make it to the Finals in KY after such a bad crash earlier in the year .We missed you guys at Topeka.Good Luck in Earlville. Geno and the guys
