To much timing will cause it to nose over in high gear.

Fuel tank not vented enough? Fuel not at outlet?sucking air? Returns too close to tank outlet and aireating fuel?
    What is tank capacity? Shape?

    Flat in 4th gear

Timing is set at 32deg. The fuel tank is out in front it is a mooneyes tank. The tank is vented with a #6 line, the fuel pickup is in the bottom of the tank.

    Thanks Trevor

    vent

Sounds like an awful small vent. A #6 hose is only 3/8". How long is the hose for the vent? The longer the hose and the more bends will affect flow also. Dave Germain

Make sure the fuel line is not collapsing.

Lean runs good in lower gears, no power in high gear. Fuel line collapsing, #6 tank vent is probably big enough for injected alky, you only run #6 line to the motor.
    To big of main jet.

Thanks for the replys guys the vent line is 18" long. The supply from the bottom of the tank to the pump is #10 and #6 to the motor all lines are new braid. I will drop two out of the timing and will start dropping 5 out of the main jet.

    Thanks guys

    Trevor

Save parts by dropping the timing to 26 and work your way up not the other way around.
Reading the spark plugs to get the fuel right.
The fuel window is MUCH bigger than the timing window.
You will not hurt it running it slightly rich but to much advance is hard on parts.
Change one thing at a time.
    Keep records.
Become one with your engine. Really !!! Put your hands on your baby, feel the vibration feel the purr feel the roar. Feel the exhaust pulses and heat at idle. It is a living breathing machine and will communicate with you if learn to listen. Using these tuning methods will also make you a better lover. Just ask any of the old-time racers they will tell you.
A really good driver becomes one with their car too.
Build it Tune it Drive it.
