    Pretty cool to see Brooks Brown running at Pomona. I remember hanging with him an Tom Topping wayyyy back in the day at Reading, when only a few brave souls ran A/FD.

    I met Brooks and Tom also in Reading WAY back when they were running their A/FD. Brooks is one of the nicest guys. Still have the shirt, signed! Great to see you out there Brooks!! Hope you come back east, we'd love to see ya!

    Family...

    LOL, I still have the shirt too! Funny how the family aspects of drag racers is so true. I think it was 1990 or 1991 when I met them, I was unemployed with a wife and two little ones, pinching pennies. They had us stay for dinner at the pit, and I remember Johnny Gray (then running TAFC IIRC) exchanging some Canadian money I had stashed up for US dollars.

    Definitely be good to see ya if ya head east Brooks!

    man what a blast from the past..I remeber him and Tom pitting next to us at Indy in 90 or 91 he had long hair and looked like a surfer dude haha..Got to know him pretty well when i ran with Manzo for awhile what a great guy and glad to see him back in a car he has put his time in working on them for years since .
