What do you do when your timing ring is smaller then the bottom pulley?
My hub has the timing ring attached to it so I assume I change that ring.To give a better description, my hub and my ring are two piece, the ring is aluminum and it appears to be slightly serrated as it fits on the hub with two allen screws securing it to the hub I have searched on line and have not been able to find my hub or timing ring to see if a different one is made I could order.Any suggestions?
I have approached a local machine shop to make one but just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and maybe had a simpler solution.

    d-ring

Nothing just adjust the pick-up.I think they are about the same size as a 70 or so pulley.

Don, I cant get my pickup anywhere near the ring.
My bottom pulley with the belt is 7 1/2 inches and my timing ring is 6 1/2 inches. How do you get close to it? it sits all the way back on the hub as close to the block as can be you cant get to it from the side, please explain I am not seeing any way.

Thanks to those that have helped. I am having a new ring machined for my hub to clear the pulley and that should work great.
