drive shaft sleeve.

Trying to figure out a measurement, Was wondering if someone knew the length of a 40 spline sleeve that connects the rwo splined shaft's. Thanks Don

 

Do they make a 40 spline drive shaft now.???
Only thing 40 spline that i see is for axles, floater hubs,and a pinion coupler for
the ford 9 inch.

Do you mean 32 spline,. like on the B&J tranny and Lenco out put shafts that connect
to the drive shaft with the sleeve with the threw bolt in the middle..???

if so those are about 3 & 3/4 or 3 & 7/8 in length.

Ordered one last Tuesday from Lenco, but just sitting around in the snow + cold trying to figure the length I need to cut the shaft. The 32 spline one is aprox 3in.Just wondering if the 40 spline one is any longer. No problem, it should be here Tue. or Wed. Thanks Don
