GM Pontiac Heads

Is anyone familar with GM Performance Pontiac casting BBC heads? I can't find any info of the part # 10093378 ? Are they 15 or 18 degree? The intake port uses a Fel Pro part #1298 gasket that is the same as a Big Chief.

 

found this:10093378 machined 420 cc rounded runner intake, race head, i think they where 15 degree heads.

 

I found that the part # 10093383 heads are the "raw" unmachined castings that the 10093378's come from. But other that that I'm in the dark on these heads.

 

I don't know these heads at all. But that is really wierd that the intake uses the big chief intake gaskets. All of the other pontiac spread port SD stuff are not at all similar to the big chief. But this could be the head that a few of the guys were designing to try and get big chiefs legal in pro stock. I have never played with this one.
If you could send some photos of the intake side as well as the combustion chamber, we may be able to help. What is it you need to know about these babies?

 

Is the number you listed, the casting number or part number ?

 

That number is on the top of the head in the rocker arm area.I'm not sure if it's a part number or casting number.

 

Thats the casting number.
