    Hi guys.

Anyone here use JE for their pistons? Perhaps they can help me

Had a set of pistons replicated now, and I want to work out our motors compression ratio using the information on the jobsheet.

I see a part of the data called Net Volume in the piston profile, is this the Domes volume in CC?

I asked the sales man at JE but they were unable to access the data sheet to confirm it, so thought I would ask anyone here who uses them (or if it's a standardised term for piston dome cc on other jobsheets too)

If anyone can help that would be great.

    Many thanks

Net volume is dome volume. I'm surprised they couldn't tell you that. I guess the quality of tech support has gone down over there.

    Hi Tony.

Oh heavens no! The tech support at JE Pistons are fantastic; I think bad wording of the question caused some misinterpretation that is all.

I can't fault their support, they have been fantastic for me. I sent them a real beat up piston and they were able to sort me a complete new set. Gregg has been fantastic help from first contact right upto now.

The question has been resolved and everything is correct. Thanks for reading.
