i need to calculte the compression on a blown 526 ci hemi and i found this
    4.467 x 4.467 x 4.250 x .7854 x 8 = 533 ci.

    91cc + (533 x 2.0483)/91cc = 12.997:1 cr

if i use it on my combo 526 ci with 106 cc poured in
    106 + (526x2.0483) / 106 = 11.164 : 1 cr
the build sheet that came with the engine (poured in cc 106) and it is 10.8 : 1 cr?

what's correct way to know ?
    thanks danny

Your calcs are right... a 526 with 106cc at TDC works out to 11.16.
The head gasket is already factored in when you measure the TDC volume.
