Strange 9.5 top loader axle removal?

Working on a Strange 9.5 toplaoder rear.
Seems pretty straight forward like other floaters.
This car has been stored for quite some time and is very badly rusted and
Corroded. I have been soaking all the hardware in PB penetrating oil to add in busting
things loose.
For the life of me I cant budge the axle.
I have unscrewed the end caps an spacers but can't get the axle out.
I'm I missing something?

(((((((((((STOP))))))...... THERE is two one on each side..set screws if you take the cover off there is one on the right side and one on the left they are down in a hole..you must remove them or you will tear up things..Dave.. call if you need something620-249-5909
