    heys guys new here..

i purchased a Aft OIL ACCUMULATOR for a clutch system. my hope is to use this as a turbo oiler. does anyone know if it can be used for anything other than a clutch?

sorry if this is a dumb question but in my searches i have not found to many people who run AFT parts other than here.

    accumulator

i have one of these too. its real pretty gold color also. called brooks and he acted like i was talking a foreign language about this, but i have a moroso accumulator for oil, and its exactly the same thing, just a cylinder with a movable plate inside that has oil on one side and air pressure on the other. the can doesnt know if its oil or sewer water in it. ive seen a couple fc with this setup in it, sounds like a good idea to me to have the extra oil on shutdown more than anything if it goes dry. research the threads on this, its been covered before. good luck.

    turbo

when we ran a turbo alky tad in the 70s we would loose turbo brgs after 3 or 4 runs we installed a remote oil filter in the oil feed hose used a hp 2 fram filter this would feed the turbo a dripping oil feed for a minite or so after engine shut off never lost another brg started to install these on passanger cars also there was a time in the 70s and 80s that passanger turbos were short lived the filter fixed this also
