RCD degree ring explode?

    Last night I had the degree ring explode and go through the body of my car.
    Is this a common problem ?
    The one that was on the car was a RCD lightened ring with magnets and where it came apart there was actually very little material where it fractured .

    I would call them. I don't think they are sold lightened anymore

    degree ring

    I run the solid one that was from the A- Fuel car. Hope everything else is ok. Good luck Don

    Think that must be common with the ones that were lightened because we exploded one too, went to solid style and no more issues

    How fast were you turning the motors when they exploded?
