I suggest looking for a local as in close to you Wholesale oil supplier where you can drive and pick it up as shipping fluids is very expensive and getting harder to do.
When you let the supplier know just how much you are buying and will be needing they will probably sell to you. If you have a business of any sort of course they will sell to you.
Be prepared for Hazmat paperwork when buying volume.
Be a responsible Earthling with disposal of waste oil.
As for the "cheapest oil" all I can say is you get what you pay for.
I use and sell Red Line and it is worth the small amount of extra money for the increased life of my expensive engine and drive train parts.

    cheap oil

You are right it gets harder every year to field a car. The best way for our team to save money is with the oil. Anyone that has been around our team knows we run on a budget. And we run royal purple oil. I know this is not cheap to buy to begin with, but in the long run it is way more cost effective. The only reason I use royal purple is it was the best available when I started keeping my oil. You have several good oils to choose from now, RED line being one of them. We purchased a 55 gal. drum in 1997 and I have added another 40 gallons over the years. We are still using 15 gallons of this total now. With an expenditure of approx. $3500 over 13 years it costs me around $270 a year for oil. But you have to bite the bullet and make the investment first. It is more work to save your oil also. It needs to have the alcohol removed, it needs screened and filtered. But when you do this I think it is better for the parts, Compared to the guy that puts the not so bad chocolate looking oil back in the tank to get one more run out of it. You need to make sure the crew knows not to dump it in the waste oil drum. So you need a system to keep and store it. If you can put up with the problems it will save you money.
