I'm looking to switch the 90 degree hose that I use on the suction line to my fuel pump. Its a 1" coolant hose with a spring inside to keep in from collapsing and starving the fuel pump. The hose goes hard from the methanol and doesn't seal very good. I found a peice of hose for the fuel tank end that is good for methanol but can't find anything for the pump end 90? Any ideas?

One option is Mckinney 90 degree alum tube and straight rubber hose with wire. They sell both items. Alum tube is pricey!

    pump inlet

you can try the fitting Enderly sells , I don't know where you live, but you can try race car solutions in florida. use them alot. there is so many ways to plum it right, I just don't understand why people use radiator hose stuff. there is plenty of nice silicone hose out there. in different sizes and 45 + 90 degree. I don't know if Mckinney has something 1 in. But you can call and ask for Teresa. Good luck Don

Are you using this to keep cost down, or am i doing something wrong? For the last two years i have been supplying my fuel pump with a -20 AN line from my fuel cell in the front of my chassis.

    spelling

My car came setup with a 1" aluminum tube with a rubber 90 degree on the pump side and a short straight peice on tank end. My pump also has a hose barb style inlet fitting. I found hose for the tank end that is rated for methanol but can't track down a 90 for the other end. I could go to AN but I would have to get a fitting welded on my tank and get a new inlet fitting.

Send me your e-mail address and I will show you a nice way to do it of ALL aluminum with only "short" connection pieces. I don't like the radiator hose thing, seen them deteriorate and foul the system, NO GOOD when that happens!
