Spring pressure is a determination of a few things.
RPM is the most important. Weight of valve is second. Also, how strong is everything underneath it. You want to put as much pressure as you can without hurting what is underneath it. (Pushrod, lifter, etc.) Also, how often do you want to change stuff out.
I hate to say it, but until we know some of that, we can't really give a very good answer.

This a top dragster, not going to rotate the world and don't want to change parts every weekend. Titanium valves (don't know the weight), cam-x rollers, mantron pushrods, erson cam.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking 380/400 would be ok. Just looking for input based on experience.

    Thanks again

    Hi Dave,
We spin about 8200 rpm with our fuel altered, 32 lbs boost, Tittanium intakes, stainless exhaust and we run 340 lbs on the seat. Easier on the valve train than 375 or 400. we have been to 8800 rpm with no problems.

P.s. got my blower gel and check is on the way.
    Thanks
