Did Rodeck ever make blower manifolds for Chevy's ?

I have a three piece deal, valley plate says Rodeck 481 cast in it, then there is the intake plenum and runners ( looks like a cast tunnelram ), and the the top is a bolted on plate that the blower mounts on ?

I have a picture if somebody would look at it and tell me what I have ?

    Thanks, Wiz

I thought that the Miersch ? was a single unit, not multiple parts ?

if I am not mistaken and the one my dad had was a tunnel ram that was cut and machined to take a plate that bolts to the top to take a blower

These appear to be as cast, but, they are polished so I'm not positive.

One actually has water fittings, the others are "dry" or no water.

I had one of those on my rodeck and subsequent motors when i ran the bacman heads. allows the distributor to stay in the block and the manifold to bolt on and off and the heads to come on and off for quick service without haveing to worry about sealing end rails. Don't know that rodeck ever made an intake though.

Well I called John ( Rodeck ) himself today and asked if he ever produced a manifold, the answer is no. So I really have no idea what these are ????

    Thanks for the thoughts, Wiz.

    Hmmmmmmmmm

The valley cover is a Rodeck. I don't know if he produces them anymore.

My dad, Roy Miersch, produces both the valley cover(with or without doors) and the manifold. His manifolds are called the Royal Ram and all have removable top plates and can be used with ANY blower(or injector for that matter). He can be reached at 760-728-3934.

    Hope that helps,
    L

BTW........Were you on another site asking about these? Also, do you run a K-boat?

I forgot to mention that many of my dads manifolds were machined as such to be used with the valley plate. By using the valley plate you could remove both the heads and manifold easily without resealing anything as stated above. Also by machining the bottom out of the manifold it kept everything cooler.
