blower snout

    i had a 5" snout on my blower and found i needed a 4" instead..made a trade.my 5" for another racers 4".he recived my 5" first and said that the snout drive on his blower won't work with snout..is to short we guessing..does the 5" snout take longer drive then the 4"?and the 4" a shorter one?

    Hi Don,
    Whenever you use a snout, make sure you use the drive that was made for it. Different manufactures would make the drive to match their snouts only.
    Some will interchange, but not all. Some have different tooth count, length etc.

    i know if you buy a longer snout for a kobelko the longer snout includes a longer drive remove your drive and send it to him and get him to do the same assuming you have the same blowers
