The best ever Frank "Ace" Manzo has been running BAE stuff for years and a pretty good advertiser for Brad over the years.

Is that still the case or is there or will there eventually be AJ power in the frame rails?

 

That's a great question and angle that I never thought of with Frank's new alliance with AlAnabi and therefore AJ. Hmmm, have to keep an eye out for the BAE near the front wheel well this weekend.

Aren't they basically the same design etc?

 

Not sure how close the design or differences.

AJ of course had the alcohol Olds combination that several teams use to run and the hemi stuff like Mark White was running last year. Not sure of the combustion chamber design on his hemi stuff - but would guess it can make some power.

I wonder who has Mark White's motors from last year?

 

To run the way they ran this weekend with zero TAFC testing, I'd say they're still running BAE stuff. Maybe the AJPE stuff will come later in the year?

The Sheik is running BAE in his pro mods. If Frank switched John Glade would retire.

well i have been the parts washer for Frank off and on for almost 30 years i cannot or would not speak for Frank or John or anyone but i would say my opinion is that Frank is still pretty happy where he is..... and let me tell ya Will is the first thing you will learn is work hard.....not that you dont already but you would see why he is who he is mainly because of work ethic !!!

 

Dont sell yourself short Chad. Ive heard Frank on many occasions say youre his "secret weapon" and that he wouldnt have half the wallys he does without you!!!!

Been good Chance man have gotten a text from ya in the middle of the night latley and i am as much of the tune up on Frank's car as you are on your Dads LMAO

 

And when they outspend and out brainpower everyone that would race against them, most will decide it's a no-win deal because they can't compete against an entire country in the other lane (and work a real job at the same time) and go somewhere else to play. Then they can win them all.

 

ain't it something, just when some one steps up, Frank two steps them. and thats way he loves the competition.
