can you use a 13.9 pully and 14 belt

    can you use a 13.9 pully with a 14 belt or is that the other way around ? Or not mix either way?

    Yes, you can yuse a 13.9mm pulley with a 14mm belt but NOT the other way around. It will shred the teeth out of the belt
