they will vary due to different combinations get and pushrod fixture so you can adjust it to the right lengh check the clearances then take it out and measure it then you will get the right lengh i have the brad fuel heads standard cam and block i think mine measure around 10-9/16 i will check for sure but think everymotor is different

Rocker stands make a big difference. Dechellis has 3 different ones, AJPE has 2 different ones, KB has at least 2 different ones. The shaft location changes on all of the stands mentioned. The shaft location and the rocker arm changes things, too. It's best to get an adjustable pushrod, and figure out what your engine needs. One size doesn't fit all on this one.

So to set them up correctly you cannot worry about where the rocker lands on the valve it is determined by the stand you just want about two to three threads of the ajusted sticking out of the bottom fo the rocker correct?????

    adjustable pushrod

I made my own adjustable pushrod. Almost every racer I know has a few pushrods kicking around from combinations past that are too short - just cut one, weld a nut to each section and use a short piece of all thread rod. Probably cheaper than buying one, although I admit I didn't even think of buying one before I made it.

We run ours 2 threads out max on the intake, we don't run as much spring pressure on the exhaust so it's not as critical - but it's just simpler to keep it all the same. Stick the adjust out too far and you'll start breaking them left right and center.
