I need some opinions on the Indy Blower manifolds. This is a max effort, 14-71 hh retro hh> 540 cid. Are they really better than the regular manifolds. eg Littlefield cast. I will pay the extra $500.00 if its worth it.

    worth every penny.

port nozzle location on the indy manifold is way better than the littlefield.
also the taller manifold makes it close to more popular belt size.

Great manifold as everyone has said. Get your grinder out though; the ports come small so you can fit them to your heads. You will also have to machine or grind a big chunk out of the rear portion of the pad if you use a standard rear distributor. No room to drop it in. The Big Chief version of this manifold has that part relieved already, don’t know why they didn’t do it here unless they figure everyone with standard heads is running a mag offset or a front mag/dist drive.

If you are looking for the nicest, most state of the art BBC blower manifold then contact Roy Miersch @ Professional Performance Products. He is the original tunnel ram style BBC blower manifold manufacturer. This manifold will accept ANY blower and can come with all mods(port nozzles, burst panel, water ports, etc.). I believe it is about 6.125" tall. It has long runners which allow for easy access to port nozzles and better fuel atomization.

Roy can be reached at 760-728-3934. Manifolds are in stock and on the shelf waiting for your options to be added.

If ANYONE would like pictures e-mail me at rlmiersch@aol.com or call me at 760-427-5838.

    Thanks,
    Larry

    Manifolds.

Hi Larry, are you Roy's son? I spoke to your dad today to see when the 10.2 manifolds will be completed. I have an order for one and am wondering what are the differences from the indy to your dads are. I have sent him some e-mails and understand the reluctance to use the computer, but looking to see if all is going well . Thanks for any response you may post.

We like our Indy manifold for all the above reasons and the even port nozzles. We seriously looked at Roy's manifold and were on the fence deciding what to get. Dad is a Indy fan and we have been pleased with there Dart head work so we went with them. Roy's manifold looks impressive also.

The BBC Indy manifold is a nice piece.... BUT... if you are using a PSI screw blower, the top of the manifold requires a lot of work, including removing the support pad at the rear and welding it all up so the opening in the manifold can be extended to match the rear discharge opening in the manifold plate.
Also, I got them to put provision for dual port nozzles in, they put them too close together, which made it very difficult to fit the nozzle bodies, not to mention the nozzles and lines.
