Brad, I will be a little nosey and ask why you need that? I have found that the drill size does not have anything to do with the GPM flowed through the jet. I can measure six size 80 jets and be all the same in drill size but all different in flow. If you are concerned with flow accuracy then I recommend buying flowed jets from Ralph Gorr Fuel Systems.

Also I have found that drilling a jet is really bad because it can leave rough edges in the orifice that really screw up the flow.

Mike and Brad; as an amen to that, while standing in front of Ralph's bench one night, we flowed a jet, pulled it out, scraped the backside with a FINGERNAIL, put it back in and flowed again and picked up a tenth of a gallon!
    NO BS!

    Mike,
I was reading this forum (http://www.insidetopalcohol.com/showthread.php?t=27258&highlight=high+speed) and was wondering where you get the diameter of the main pill hole to work out the area.
I have a high speed on my system but haven't used it as yet but am thinking about it now to assist with get the car of the line.
So I need to know what size jet to change to in the main system when I start to use my high speed. I know that one pill/jet can read differently from another with the same number but I am just after a starting point and I'll fine tune at the track.
    Regards
    Brad

Brad, if I understand you correctly then what you need is a chart of jetsize, the area of the orifice and the GPM that jet flows. If so then I can supply you with that if you email me at mike.c@mindspring.com. It will make everything easier for you.

My thanks to Ralph Gorr Fuel Systems for this chart.
