Coupler covers

Help again
i have old 2 spd lenco 28" driveshaft and need a coupler cover for driveshaft (there seems a big gap)
what are you guys using
and any pics appreciated,
who to buy from? Etc

lenco makes a trick looking piece

if your short on funds take a piece tube 4"dia 6" log of 1/8 steel are 1/4 " alum and weld 4 tabs on it to bolt to the back of the reverser

 

Drive Shaft Cover

I have a custom made one that bolts on to the back of the reverser and was used in my altered with a 2 spd Lenco. I am going to buy a quick release type unit and I am using a 3 spd. If you are interested email me with a phone number and I'll measure it for you. It is painted black and made of aluminum tube with a ring or collar welded on where it bolts to the reverser.

 

We got our cover directly from Lenco.
It fits to the reverser with a quick release clamp, just as the one I guess you have for your fuelpump.
Didn`t cost much, so it wasn`t worth constructing something by ourselves.
I prefeer the use of a quick release clamp insted of bolting it.
